Orange Amaretto
Rum Sour
what you need:
3 cl Remedy Spiced Rum
1 cl Amaretto
1 cl fresh lime juice
1 cl maple syrup
3 cl freshly squeezed orange juice
1 egg white or 3 drops of foam
how to make:
Put all ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes, shake vigorously (bring out your inner bartender!), and strain into a glass over ice.
Decoration tip:
Grab an orange slice, sprinkle it with brown sugar, and caramelize it.
