Dark Remedy
4 cl Remedy Spiced Rum
1 cl lime juice
10 cl ginger beer
Pour the Remedy Spiced Rum and lime juice into a highball glass filled with ice cubes, then top it up with ginger beer.
A dried slice of orange or lemon makes it look even nicer!
Smuggler´s Juice
4 cl Remedy Spiced Rum
3 cl pineapple juice
8 cl cranberry juice
Pour all ingredients into a nice glass filled with ice cubes and stir gently.
This drink’s lovely color looks especially good in a stylish glass, like a coupe glass.
Strawberry Grapefruit
Rum Sour
6 cl Remedy Spiced Rum
1,5 cl strawberry syrup
1,5 cl fresh lime juice
4 cl grapefruit juice
1 egg white or 3 drops of foam
Put all ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes, shake vigorously (bring out your inner bartender!), and strain into a glass over ice.
Strawberries – fresh or dried – smell amazing and look great!
Cherry Kiss
6 cl Remedy Spiced Rum
2 cl lime juice
4 cl cherry juice
Add Remedy Spiced Rum, a splash of lime juice, and ice cubes to a tumbler. Then top up the glass with cherry juice.
Try decorating the rim of the glass with sugar or even salt! Just dip the rim in a bit of lemon or lime juice and then into (colored) sugar or salt.
Orange Amaretto
Rum Sour
3 cl Remedy Spiced Rum
1 cl Amaretto
1 cl fresh lime juice
1 cl maple syrup
3 cl freshly squeezed orange juice
1 egg white or 3 drops of foam
Put all ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes, shake vigorously (bring out your inner bartender!), and strain into a glass over ice.
Grab an orange slice, sprinkle it with brown sugar, and caramelize it.
Sweet Mojito
5 cl Remedy Spiced Rum
2 cl lime juice
a few lime wedges
1 tsp raw sugar
meant leaves
8 cl ginger ale
Add Remedy Spiced Rum, lime juice, raw sugar, lime wedges, and mint leaves to a highball glass, and gently muddle with a muddler. Add ice cubes or crushed ice, then top up with ginger ale.
MINT! Gently slap the mint 1–2 times between your hands before adding it to the drink. This brings out extra aroma and smells amazing!
Holy Wine
5 cl Remedy Spiced Rum
3 cl red vermouth
4 cl orange juice
Pour Remedy Spiced Rum, vermouth, and orange juice into a shaker with ice, shake well, and strain into a martini or aperitif glass
Blackberries, baby! Skewer a blackberry on a cocktail stick and pop it into your drink!
Remedy Espresso Martini
4,5 cl Remedy Elixir
2 cl cold brew coffee or espresso
2 cl coffee liqueur
0,5 cl sugar syrup
Chill your martini glass with ice cubes. Then add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well, remove the ice from the glass, and pour in your drink.
Gently float 2–3 coffee beans on top of your drink.
Negroni Elixir
5 cl Remedy Elixir
2 cl Campari
5 cl red vermouth
Pineapple Sour
6 cl Remedy Pineapple Rum
3 cl Pineapple juice
2 cl fresh lime juicet
1.5 cl honey
1 egg white or 3 drops of foam
Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into a tumbler or a beautiful coupe glass.
A sliced passion fruit looks really pretty on top!
Tropical Potion
5 cl Remedy Pineapple
1 cl sugar syrup
1 cl Pampelle Ruby Red
3 cl fresh lime juice
Shake all ingredients well with plenty of ice. Then strain into a tumbler or an aperitif glass. Super delicious, light, and pretty!
A grapefruit or blood orange zest is a perfect match. Simply peel it thinly with a vegetable peeler and garnish the drink.
